- JSJenna StumpDec 23, 20251.0Yesterday I placed an order for a wake up wrap and a donut, I pull to the window and a young girl said the amount and swiped my card. She then went to hand me a large iced coffee which I said oh sorry I don’t order that. She proceeded to tell me that she asked me and continued to talk about me to her coworker saying “bro I literally asked her this is why mistakes happen like I asked her and she said yes” which never happened. Obviously if someone asked you if you ordered an iced coffee and you didn’t you’d say no. Then she charged me TWICE for the iced coffee AND my order which is insane. I didn’t notice until I got home later. Customer service is absolutely dead. Do better dunkin this girl needs to be fired and probably will not succeed anywhere she goes in life with that mentality.
