  If there are cigarettes butts at the entrance of this place & not sweep up, run from this place, this is a reflection of how the inside is.

  The older lady’s and guy that works in here Hindu or Indian Lady had a bad attitude towards me and my husband. The was rushing but the customer in front of us they let him take his time talking and laughing with him and with the customers behind us, they was doing the same thing I ordered was messed up.

  Everytime I've been here recently they have made every drink I order incorrect. There should be pamphlets that explain how to make these things correctly. If you cant make it right dont try to sell it, you have increased all prices but service fell way down. Basically I dollars for a drink and you cant even make it correct. Will not be back to this location

  I called in asking for help to fix a mistake on my mobile order it was placed at this address and I was already 30 minutes away from this location. I called in asking for them to cancel it and to possibly not make it and save the inconvenience. Instead she answered with a rude tone, cut me off while I was speaking, mentioned “that’s an issue you need to fix on your own”, I didn’t even get the chance to ask how I would move forward with the cancellation and she HUNG UP on me while I was talking. Never have I experienced such rude customer service just over the phone and according to reviews of previous customers it seems like it’s the same lady that is being rude to customers and also recurring event, this should definitely be dealt with.
