  Not our usual location to visit, but we were greeted by two employees at the same time and served promptly. The restaurant itself was booming—even with at least 10 employees on staff around 6:15 p.m. Our local Chipotle is never anywhere near this busy. What I really appreciated was the temperature inside. During the winter, about 95% of Chipotle locations feel cold when dining in due to the layout and how the entrance lets in cold air—something I’ve even complained about at our local spot. This location, however, was warm and comfortable, making it easy to enjoy our meal without keeping our jackets on. Keep up the good work!

  The service was so bad. Didn't listen the order of my needs. Burito was leaking and I had to ask fir one more foil and she was so surprised that I ask. Like what? And she didn't warm enough the tortillas, not good.

  Never go there if you ordering online because they put left over avocado and lettuce. Recently I bought kids meals and 3 veggies bowls. I order online to take out. Avocado and lettuce were black and not fresh. I didn’t know until I opened it at home.

  I went in last night with my gf and ordered some food. When we were ready to pay she had noticed that the cashier had just left the bathroom with a bag full of trash and then came to ring up our order. Cashier had to bag our food, but the cashier didn't wash their hands after handling the trash which disgusted my gf. She confronted the cashier and they just gave her an attitude. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. Cashier claimed they did wash their.... maybe before handling the bathroom trash but certainly not after. This was my go to chipotle as it is the nearest one to me, but the service has definitely declined in the past year. Won't come to this location again. Oh and also they got marker on my burrito from writing on the foil, idk how they managed that one.

  DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH. I witnessed an employee come out of the bathroom after cleaning it, with a full bag of trash in his ungloved hand. He proceeded to toss the bag in a trash can near the soft drink machine. He then immediately stepped up to the register - without washing his hands and attempted to bag up my food. I called him out before he could even touch my order and told him that I saw him come out of the bathroom after clearly cleaning it. He then lied to my face and said he washed his hands, and I told him I watched him as he didn’t wash his hands after tossing the bathroom trash. The employee got mad , didn’t say a word and walked to the back. No one else said anything, there was no management around. It was disgusting and I’m glad I caught it but I can’t imagine what they do where you can’t see them. I’ll never be visiting this store again. photo: they were also so careless that they didn’t wrap the burrito properly and got sharpie on it
