- GGgianna gFeb 6, 20261.0horrible experience. i’ve gone here many times before and never had bad service but this one waitress was so unpleasant and unprofessional. only ordered 20 boneless wings and it took 30 min to get our food and it was not busy whatsoever. the waitress didn’t know what my drink that i ordered was and i had to give the ingredients on how to make it. very rude staff. I never have a problem with dining in anywhere and I’ve never even written a review before so this explains how bad my experience was. BWW please do better with your customer service.

This is twice now that BW3's has messed up my order in just a few short days.. so I can only imagine it's happening to others as well. It's not just this location but this is the one I chose to post on. I am no longer a B-Dubs customer any longer. Plenty of other places to go.
