  They sat us at a dirty table full of sauce stains. We asked nicely if they could clean it and the waitress sighed and rolled her eyes, came back with a rag and barely wiped it (see pics) and she walked away all annoyed with saying anything . So we walked out before even ordering. So gross A couple weeks earlier we sat by a bar high top and the bartender seemed so annoyed to walk away from the bar to come take our order. He wasn’t even busy, just lazy. Answered some of my questions with ‘maybe’ and ‘I dunno’ No refills, napkins, etc. I usually don’t leave reviews for this stuff but it was beyond bad. I took the survey they sent me and let them know but they didn’t respond or change anything. Poor management. They need an overhaul This used to be my favorite location to meet up with friends or coworkers , the food was noticeably better than other locations, but not anymore.

  Terrible. I love BWW but this specific location sucks. I don't know if they need to train the workers better or what, but my order took 30 mins to make when I had only ordered a sandwich with fries. I ordered it before I left my job for break, but just waiting here for my food to come out took my entire break. I am really upset I spent my entire break here when I should've just gotten Chipotle next door.

  horrible experience. i’ve gone here many times before and never had bad service but this one waitress was so unpleasant and unprofessional. only ordered 20 boneless wings and it took 30 min to get our food and it was not busy whatsoever. the waitress didn’t know what my drink that i ordered was and i had to give the ingredients on how to make it. very rude staff. I never have a problem with dining in anywhere and I’ve never even written a review before so this explains how bad my experience was. BWW please do better with your customer service.

  I picked up my order and when I got home I realized that my 20 wing bundle was only 15.. seriously.. this just can't happen in this day and age. This is twice now that BW3's has messed up my order in just a few short days.. so I can only imagine it's happening to others as well. It's not just this location but this is the one I chose to post on. I am no longer a B-Dubs customer any longer. Plenty of other places to go.

  This hole is pathetic! Especially if you're ordering through any app! They either don't get your order, mess up the whole thing, or even send you random stuff. Avoid at all costs!
