- AFAnthony FerrerApr 3, 20263.0I don’t usually have issues with this location. It’s clean the food is fresh and they make everything right. But the hours are a problem. The website clearly says they close at 10pm. but the employees keep closing early. I’ve seen it closed at 9, 8:30, even earlier sometimes. I went tonight because it said they were open, and they were already closed. I was literally right there. I could’ve gone somewhere else, but instead I wasted my time. If the store is going to close early, then update the hours. If not, then the store should actually stay open until the posted time. It shouldn’t be this inconsistent.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap online and when I got it, there was NO lettuce or the other veggies I ordered - there literally was only 5 little pieces of lettuce. When I went back in to ask for more lettuce, I was told “That’s how the wrap comes” (which wasn’t even the length of a 6” by the way they wrapped it up so small) so when I asked if I could just put it on bread, I was told I would be charged for another sub then, meaning I had to pay for their mess up. Ridiculous….

If you like veggies on your sandwich avoid this place. If you are starving and need to eat. I guess it’s okay. I didn’t die. I would avoid this place if possible
