  I am tired of ordering Pizza from somebody that does not work at the Pizza shop again. They messed up my order wrong ingredients. If they don't understand English, they need more help.

  I found three separate hairs (black, blonde, and black/white) in my pizza. This is a serious hygiene issue and very disappointing. Call the place and did absolutely nothing to help.

  Wild that this place even has 3 stars. Ordered 2 and a half hours in advance to make sure my order would be ready on-time. Called when I was leaving 30 minutes before arriving to make sure they had the order and to make sure it would be ready on time. When I show up, they hadn’t even started making it. Have to wait 20 minutes in-store and get back to my Super Bowl Party 20 minutes late. Hard to imagine how you can run a location so poorly.

  Best pizza spot to go ever in elgin always come here every week they never disappoint staff is so friendly and helpful :) great jobs guys
