The atmosphere was empty and had contractors actively working around food and the woman at the counter seemed confused when we approached and asked for help. She didn't know what we were talking about and made us wait while she figured it out, and it wasn't a difficult issue. The receipt hadn't printed from the kiosk and we were asking for a new copy and she genuinely didn't seem to know how to do it.

Any time we asked for clarification while ordering, she sighed and seemed irritated. Someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service. To top it all off they left food off our order!
