Going out in a snow storm today, I was distracted and didn’t realize I was shorted my frosty for son in mobile app order after waiting 8 minutes for tenders. The tenders were slightly undercooked and chewy besides not getting proper order. This is normally well run but not today. And they make it impossible to make a complaint online after you fill all the information in with receipt and location #. It eventually falls into McEvil territory and won’t even consider.

Sandra was especially helpful and kind, and the gentleman at the front was also very courteous and welcoming. Great service all around!
