- RSRaj ShahNov 14, 20251.0Horrible. Just awful. I ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos. This used to come with creamy jalapeno sauce but not anymore. That's not the issue. The issue is that even though they took it off of the menu for this food item, they STILL included it on my burrito. I always used to take this off my order when I was ordering it. When they completely removed this from this food item I thought "hey that makes it easier for me." Guess not. I have GERD so I shouldn't be eating spicy foods. Even though this might not be spicy to some, the creamy jalapeno sauce is pretty spicy to me which makes my GERD act up. I will never order Taco Bell again, especially at this place.

Including he looked red from the eyes that I could tell if he was even able to function at work like this I dislike these people who do this on the job cause makes the store look bad I hope this can get checked on cause this service was horrible he looked lost out his mind. Never coming back from.
