The bread on my beef was either soggy or rock hard depending on the bite and of course the ranch we asked for on the side was no where to be found. This location continues to go down hill. The managers didn't seem to care at all.

Instead of having people take your order & pay them for your order in line tonight we waited in line to order at the menu board and pay when we drove around the building. I was in line for 35 minutes and my food was cold! I’ve NEVER received cold food before!! Portillos is not cheap & it’s a treat for me to go there. Well, it will be quite a while before I try again. I’m extremely disappointed!!!
