    I placed an order via the mobile application close to 2 hours in advance to avoid the traffic due to the game. I arrived to the store and to my surprise my order was not ready. This store was not ready for the game. Under staffed and under prepared. Next time there’s a game get more people to work the store. If no one is available to help have your area manager start helping with the line. Avoid this location at all costs.

    Really not recommending this place. 1st time I ordered pizza with no cut but they cut it, 2ed time i order with no cut but they did that again. Conclusion, after making same mistake 2 time i will not order the pizza by mistake again.

    Horrible. Dont go here. Its all younger people working here and your order is hardly right and you will wait forever even if you pre order .I ordered 2 pizzas one with just pepperoni and one with sausage and bacon. Both under cooked and all the ingredients were more towards the center and more crust then pizza. And flimsy you can't take a bite without holding the hold slice not crispy at all. I went here because my son wanted it but I will never go to papa John's again especially this location. The manager had her kid working there .

    Someone stole my food, and they didn't offer any help whatsoever. Not even a credit or a reorder option. I've been here many times before, never coming back. Don't recommend anyone else coming here either.
