  I ordered from Jimmy John’s, but the third-party Uber delivery driver never delivered my order. I called the store, and they quickly helped me and made sure I received a fresh sandwich. I had already waited an hour for the Uber delivery, so I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were in fixing the situation. Great customer service!

  Went in at 8:48pm, they had wrapped up and put away everything already. All meats, vegetable, sauces, spices, and put them fullyel away. They were annoyed I walked in. The guy reluctantly took my order and even though I was going to other 2 sandwiches, rang me up after 1 sandwich and went back to counting money. A lady that was sweeping, stopped and came over to make the sandwich without switching gloves. So straight from cleaning the floor to making my still recovering in the hospital wife's food with dirty gloves. They complained about pulling out each item to meant the sandwich and then when another couple showed 2 minutes later the employees were openly and loudly complaining about customers coming in. I got my food and made it back to the hospital over 6 minutes away before the posted close time of this Jimmy John's. Awful time. The sandwich was also made poorly and had little ingredients on it even though I tipped 40%
