Not sure if it’s because of how I look or stuff but they don’t even welcome you or anything. Today was my birthday wanted to get a treat. The lady was rude. We had to have a customer say “are you going to help us?” This place is terrible lmao would recommend any other dunkin. Dunkin just hires anyone… We’ve had the same problem every time I’ve been there. Once I walked out and went to another dunkin.. sad

Second time at this location and it was just as disappointing if not worse than the first time. Guy with glasses a beard and the tan White Sox Hat is most likely the owner or Manager and welp he's the problem.

The drive-thru worker was rude, and they didn’t have the items I originally wanted. To make things worse, the other worker didn’t say a single word — no hello, no thank you, nothing. They just handed me the food with a mean, unfriendly expression. The whole experience felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly really disappointing.
