The females that work in the evening have the absolute worst attitudes, the worst customer service, and water down my iced coffee every single time. If you don’t have enough to make my drink, then let me know and I won’t get it. I have made complaints to the store, I have made complaints through corporate and nothing ever changes. I gave the atmosphere two stars because it looks clean from the outside, but they lock their doors at 9 o’clock when they close at 10 so I can’t even go inside to see the atmosphere.

I got through half the order and a different guy randomly greeted us and asked what we wanted… I ordered two coffees with cream, a Boston crème and a crueler donut. The coffees are burning hot (bc they are burned from being old) and smell like that weird almost cigarette like smell. Crueler was fine. I didn’t get a Boston crème though. I got a chocolate glazed donut (I think that’s what it is?). So irritating.
