Had to comeback inside the store and tell the employee is just coffee, no flavor, she replied its 4 pums of butter.... if u want more, I have to charge, then told her, ok make another one, she prefers to make a new one, instead of just adding more syrup, and yeah, she pumps 4 times, but guess what the bottle was almost empty!!!!! So it dose not matter how many pumps she would add it would still have no flavor due to the syrup bottle almost being completely empty. Absolutely do not recommend this place 😡😡😡!

The females that work in the evening have the absolute worst attitudes, the worst customer service, and water down my iced coffee every single time. If you don’t have enough to make my drink, then let me know and I won’t get it. I have made complaints to the store, I have made complaints through corporate and nothing ever changes. I gave the atmosphere two stars because it looks clean from the outside, but they lock their doors at 9 o’clock when they close at 10 so I can’t even go inside to see the atmosphere.
