  I have no complaints regarding the food. We order from this location almost every week and have never had an issue. Today, when I walked in, the restaurant was extremely busy due to the Wild Card game, and the atmosphere was understandably tense. The kitchen staff appeared focused and working hard to get orders out. During this time, a woman who came from the back to assist with phone orders and customer service did not appear to be wearing a name badge, and it was unclear whether she was an owner or an employee. Regardless of her role, the way she conducted herself was very unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable for customers. There was an apparent mistake involving an order that had been handed out incorrectly. One of the assistant managers, who was clearly working hard in the kitchen, was confronted and loudly blamed for the error. He calmly stated that both parties should have verified the order, yet she continued yelling and placed all the blame on him. This exchange took place in front of staff and customers, which was inappropriate and unacceptable. If a mistake occurs, it should be addressed privately and respectfully. Yelling at an employee in front of others serves no purpose and shows a lack of professionalism and basic human decency. To Tomas, the assistant manager: we are all human, and mistakes can happen, especially in high-pressure situations. No one deserves to be treated the way you were. You were clearly working hard, and I commend you for standing your ground. I hope this behavior is reported and addressed appropriately. This incident made me very uncomfortable, and I truly hope steps are taken to ensure staff are treated with respect moving forward.

  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and my experience was genuinely impressive from start to finish. The atmosphere was energetic but still comfortable, making it a perfect place to hang out with friends, watch a game, or just enjoy good food. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to check in without being overwhelming. The wings were definitely the highlight—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated perfectly in whichever sauce or seasoning I chose. Their sauce lineup is unmatched, with everything from sweet and mild to bold and spicy, so there’s something for everyone. I tried a mix of traditional and boneless wings, and both were delicious. The fries and sides were fresh and well-seasoned, and the portions were generous. Service was fast even though the restaurant was busy, and everything came out hot and well-presented. I also liked how clean and organized the dining area was, including the tables, drink stations, and TVs. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings delivered exactly what you hope for—great food, great service, and a fun environment. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone craving wings or looking for a lively place to relax and enjoy a meal. Will absolutely be returning soon!
