It felt like they didn’t care at all about getting the order right or treating customers respectfully. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from a place like this.

I live in the area and have some friends that always want to stop by here late, but 6 out of eight times we were left waiting because there was no one up front. Not only that, but about three weeks ago I asked for an Oreo shake and the cashier looked at me as if I insulted his whole bloodline and even squinted his eyes as if he trying to intimidate me into telling him to forget it! Lol, no joke he stoped taking my order on the computer as soon as I mentioned the shake, and wen he began making it he started tossing things around very loudly.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
