  Date 4/04/26 time 10.55... Go in the drive thru ,,lady tels me hii sorry dor the waite .. im told her that's ok ,,,then i tell her what i want,,,then she ask do you want cream and sugar honey" i told her ,can i get 4 butter pecan,,,she raised her voice and mood,,,no"" i asked you if you want cream and sugar... i just left the drive thru... this place has always had rude people working there... no Reason for her to raise her voice, and tell me how and what sequence im going to order my stuff...you ain't the dmv misss...shame on this establishment!!! For not correcting this type of situations... not my first run in whith this type of persons in this establishment...NEVER WILL I GO THERE... disgraceful... Zero STARS...🛑🛑🛑☠️💀☠️💀

  The kind woman who was in Dunkin by herself was handling the whole place by herself. She did amazing. This was on March 20. Give her a raise, she should not be carrying the place by herself. Keep up the good work !!

  Donut was stale and service was not very friendly. Gave me the feeling that I was interrupting them.

  I placed a mobile order of 5 donuts for drive thru pick up. In front of me there was two cars only. It took 25 minutes for me to get 5 donuts. The reason I placed a mobile order was for a quick pick up. Especially through the drive thru. They need more staff. Only two people are working.

  I’ve always had issues with this location… slow service, messing up orders, milk steamer broken, etc. I stopped going there and will spend the extra minute going to a different location nearby. However, my husband stopped there this morning and said, “I see why you don’t go there anymore.” The attached picture is of my latte he got me. My husband handed it back in the drive thru and asked them to actually fill it up, and they refused. They told him that with light ice, they’re going to give me the same amount of coffee. 😂 When did this happen?? No other location has done that for my drinks, and I always do less ice. If we’re paying $6 for a latte, it should be filled up. If I didn’t ask for less ice, I know the cup would be stacked with it and very little coffee… less than what I got today. I can only laugh at this because it’s ridiculous. He said he won’t go there anymore now either.
