- HMHeather McCollimSep 7, 20253.0This location always put too much syrup in the refreshers and Coffee. Which results in upset stomachs. The Dunkin in South Elgin on S. Mclean Blvd & Kane St, is much better in measurements. But the Customer Svc is 5 star. Just improve your pouring.
- NSNick SergentDec 22, 20211.0Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered an ice coffee with cocunut milk and an ice latte with oat milk. Easy, simple instructions you would think. Both of ours taste like decaf with regular milk. I can tell the difference regular milk is thick and fatty compared to coconut milk. Thank god our lactose allergies arnt that bad but they can seriously hurt someone by being lazy and stupid. Absolutely terrible I didnt ask for anything complicated either
