- CRCarmela Robinson1 day ago1.0I am writing this to call out the unprofessional attitude and management here specifically one Manager I’ve seen singling out one coworker not including them and being rude to workers and customers favoritism and attitude like this creates a hostile environment and shows a complete lack of leadership. If you aren’t part of there "inner circle," don’t expect to be treated fairly here. We will be taking our business elsewhere and reporting this behavior to corporate.
- CCCrystal CarreonApr 1, 20261.0Honestly, this dunkin needs to work more on their customer service skills because I have went in their multiple times and neither staff greets with a good morning or at least a hello they were all giving bad attitude and wouldn’t even bother to ask what we needed, only a girl with glasses and low ponytail and the guy in the drive thru were generous and giving great services, and when we will talk to them will give bad looks, and it was a girl that was in the front i think she had a ponytail with a braid not sure
