  To the man that was working on 3/14 at around 10:00 pm, he deserves 5 stars. He was the only worker, taking orders and making them. There was a total of 8 cars in the drive through, and the wait time was long. It was because there was only 1 worker and I felt bad for him. This dunkin should be closed if they don’t have people to work. It is not fair for the worker or the customers. Horrible.

  Sofia and Gio are very pleasant people. I drive past one Dunkin just because of the customer service I receive here. Keep up the good work!

  I’m done giving this Dunkin’ location chances. Order accuracy and customer service are consistently poor. Today I clearly ordered two turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches. The employee was mumbling and never repeated the order back. As I pulled away from the speaker, I could see on the screen that it appeared to be entered as regular sausage — which it was. At the window, I had to correct the order. I was told to pull forward. Five minutes later, they brought out one sandwich. I had to explain again that I ordered two. After another wait, someone handed me the bag without a word and walked away. No apology. No acknowledgment. This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a pattern. I won’t be returning.
