- BBBirdecyJul 23, 20231.0Horrible. I went there for a milkshake and waited at the intercom for about 5-10 minutes. After I had ordered I waited at the window for another 10 minutes. One of the employees comes out with one of my milkshakes and disappears into the back with my debit card for another 5 minutes. Doing this at any other Baskin Robbins would have only taken 5 minutes in total. I looked inside and it was absolutely empty so it wasn't busy.

I asked the young man to check this price, as it cannot be correct. He said it was. I explained to him that this price for a small shake is twice the price of a Wendy’s small frosty, Dairy Queen small shake and McDonald’s small shakes. I asked him to relay this absurd price to management. I could tell by the blank look on his face it wasn’t going further. I refuse to patronize Baskin Robbins or its sister Dunkin Donuts store until they stop price gouging for basic treats.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
