I got a notification that the white queso is out of stock and asked if I wanted to substitute with anything right. as I got that notification, I was typing in my response for a substitute when I got an error message saying that the shopper has closed the session and can no longer be edited. I go ahead and call the customer service hoping that they would help and Tell them the situation. The lady said yeah the session is closed. Nothing we can do. I’m just so confused on the lack of effort that was put in for helping me with this conflict 1st of all why would they close the session before I can even respond to the substitute or say no substitute and second of all where is the help and respect? I am so disappointed in the lack of effort from the members of this Jewel Osco. I will go ahead and take my business elsewhere from now on.
