    jesus is a great worker and so nice. he was very well trained and informed. highly trained worker and the soil reason i recommend this establishment is because of him. i repeat jesus is wonderful!

    I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this Dunkin has become frustrating to visit because of the customer service. Every time I’ve gone in and been helped by Natalie, she has had a really rude attitude. It’s not just a one-time thing either — Natalie always seems to have an attitude, acts annoyed when taking orders, and makes customers feel like they’re bothering her just for being there. I understand everyone has bad days, but when Natalie gives attitude over and over again, it starts to reflect badly on the whole store. A simple coffee run shouldn’t feel uncomfortable. The drinks and food are usually fine, but the way customers are treated matters too. Management should really address this because Natalie’s attitude keeps happening repeatedly, and it makes me not want to come back.

    If I could give this place a zero unfortunately I would. Going through the drive through was very frustrating and the girl I spoke to was extremely rude. She had rushed me when I was ordering what I wanted to drink and kept saying “ ok do you want to order anything else?” Before I could even finish saying I wanted cream and sugar in my drink/ finish the order. They went to tell me I couldn’t order any food but I watched two mangers walk out of the side door with food in bags to take home with them. It was 1pm there is no excuse!! Plus with the evidence of me seeing the managers I feel totally lied to. I am utterly disappointed because being low staffed is no excuse to not be able to service food.There are applications up for this location on google which if you contacted applicants could clearly fix this issue. The attitude of staff shouldn’t make any customers ever feel this way. Work and personal emotions need to be separated at work to be able to serve customers properly at times. Period….

    I am beyond frustrated with the service or lack thereof at this Dunkin’ location. I waited nearly 10 minutes in line as the only customer before even being acknowledged. When the cashier finally stepped up, they struggled significantly with English, making it nearly impossible to communicate a simple order. When I asked to speak with a manager, a staff member wearing glasses told me they wouldn't be back until 12:00 PM. However, after speaking with a gentleman named Jeffery, I was informed that a manager is supposed to be on-site at all times. It is incredibly bold to claim that "Elburn runs on Dunkin’" when the service is this disrespectful. I watched multiple people walk out without even ordering because the wait was so long, likely heading to the Starbucks nearby. This location needs a serious overhaul in management and basic customer service etiquette. Please do better.

    I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The management was unprofessional and seemed completely unorganized. There were communication issues, long wait times, and no sense of urgency, even though the store wasn’t that busy. Orders were getting mixed up, and instead of taking responsibility, the manager acted frustrated and dismissive toward customers she had a tattoo on her arm. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. On the positive side, one of the employees with black hair was actually very friendly and tried his best to help fix the situation. He was polite, respectful, and seemed like the only one who genuinely cared about customer service. Make him the manager. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. I hope they improve their leadership and training because right now, it’s not a place I’d recommend.
