Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service good thing that they printed out my ticket and had me moved to a line so that their wait times looked good. SMH. I should’ve just went somewhere else
- KLKelli LahrOct 12, 20252.0This Dairy Queen used to be great! The past several months have been disappointing. The fries are mushy, cold, and you get half a handful. The tenders are tiny. I have had ice cream that’s great and ice cream that is melted, I’ve had to put it in the freezer before we could eat it. A few times we were handed ice cream and then waited 15 or so minutes for our meal so the ice cream again is melted. It’s definitely not good quality especially for the prices.
