  Let me tell you this has never happened to me before but upon me almost finishing my double cheeseburger I pulled something out of if and I was like what the crap is this. Apparently the plastic they use to keep the cheese seperated they forgot to remove it before sliding it out. Reason I know is cause the double cheeseburger the cheese that is in the middle is where it was found not the cheese on top. I have never in my life had this happen to me before.

  A truck driver who stopped by this location to grab something to eat and encountered a racist guy. It just beats all logic how you can hate someone you are seeing the first time in life . Poor service, you can do better training your employees on good etiquette.

  Bartenders were too busy talking to other customers. A brief talk is ok but not a conversation as I witnessed. I even waved my arm to get thier attention.

  Every sandwich was wrong. Couldn't get help to fix. Gave up and ate what we could. Very disappointing

  No bacon on bacon double quarter pounder asked for bacon after and was given 1 piece not even given the amount of bacon that is supposed to come on the sandwich and the cheese on the burger had a piece of hair on it as well.
