  Placed a pick-up order before we hit the road to St Louis, not only did we sit in the line for almost 30 minutes, we were given the wrong food and had to circle back to correct the order, and STILL did not receive the correct food. Staff was apologetic, but clearly there's room for improvement in the service department. Overall glad this was just a one time stop, but still wouldn't recommend it even for that.

  This Dunkin’ is located inside the TA, and it’s a great stop. The employees are very nice and friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee is always fresh and delicious. Definitely a good place to grab a coffee on the road!

  They just completely ignore kiosk orders unless you say something. Shut this place down.

  I love DD, it’s one of my favorite places for coffee but unfortunately, Effingham’s location has gone down hill. I can say they always seem to have workers, which is amazing. I love that teenagers have the will and want to work but the quality isn’t there. They don’t pay attention to their orders and just give whatever. My $52 order today, of my family of 4, was either wrong or I didn’t get anything. They weren’t even that busy either. They lost my order and questioned if I even paid, as I have the receipt in my hand. My mistake on not checking the bag, as I usually do, but as I was down the road a bit, my sandwich wasn’t correct and I didn’t receive my two donuts that I asked and paid for. This hasn’t been my first experience nor have I really had a good one in a while, but I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and the company more chances but Effingham, please do better. Also, I never see an adult or a manager ever around. These kids are always left high and dry, which seems odd.

  I asked for the entire pot to brew before getting my coffee and it fell on dead ears . It was super bitter and tasted burnt. Literally tipped the pot to get my coffee as it was brewing. If I wanted Starbucks I would have went there. So as I say something about the coffee the girls laughed. Well lost customer and bad reviews, keep laughing girls you'll laugh yourself right out of jobs.
