Never have I ever gotten my order on time as promised on their app. I don’t get what is the point of putting an order online, get the pick up time, show up on time and still wait 40 min to get your food. The service time is terrible and the place is not exactly “sit down and enjoy your meal” type of atmosphere. Too bad their wings are tasty but the service is just terrible.

I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop. The app estimated a 10–12 minute wait, but my order took over 55 minutes. When I arrived, employees were standing around and no one appeared to be actively preparing orders. On top of that, the customer service was poor staff had rude attitudes and didn’t communicate or acknowledge the delay. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses these issues.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Edwardsville, Illinois Wingstop location on Saturday around 12:30 PM.
The store was extremely understaffed, with only two employees working during a busy lunch hour. Customers were told it would take 20–30 minutes for orders. On top of that, the doors were kept closed due to the rush, leaving customers waiting outside without clear communication.
I personally waited for about 20 minutes, and when I followed up on my order, I was told they were still waiting for chicken and that it would take an additional 7 minutes. This kind of delay and lack of preparation during peak hours is very frustrating.
There was no proper communication, apology, or effort to manage the situation professionally. I understand staffing issues can happen, but customer service and planning should not be compromised.
Overall, a very poor experience that could have been handled much better.

We get in here and it seems fine, the music was a little loud but it was whatever. We order our food and go sit. We sit down right below a speaker. That was our bad. I go and check all the other seats, and they're just as loud as where we are sitting. We wait at least 30 mins before we even got our food. We saw our fries sitting in the window. When the food got back to us, the fries were as if you took them out of the fridge. They forgot our cheeses. My parents didn't even get the right order for their food. After about 15 to 20 more mins of waiting. They finally bring out the food to us. Reminder that it is blaring loud above us. I go to the restroom and oh...my...gosh... This is the dirtiest bathroom I have seen in a long time. There is crap all on the toilet. There is toilet paper on the ground. There is just dirt and everything all over this restroom. You can this hasn't been cleaned in a long time. You go over to the faucet. You want hot/warm water? NO! You can only have cold. That's all there is. There's absolutely no pressure when you try to make it warm. All in all, DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP.
