  I had lunch with my wife today april 25 at the edwardsville store the food was horrible I had protein bowl with cold chewy steak cold rice that tasted spoiled black beans tasted like shit everything on the hot table and cold table looked old the hot table the sixth pans had old food in them like they been sitting there all day one of the employees gave me attitude when I asked for a couple of tortillas behind the cooks line was filthy will never go back took 2 bites and put it in the trash can who oversee this store should be fired

  Customer service is always terrible here. Cranky workers with zero greeting or welcoming. They seem annoyed that you’re there. Last visit I wanted a chicken bowl and the lady told me she didn’t even have enough for one scoop. I asked how long and she said about 30 minutes! Mind you there were 4 customers in the store and this was around 2pm, well after any lunchtime rush. Entrance and tables are always dirty. Overall terrible management and service.

  I ordered a mobile order pickup for asap, I had to wait for over 45 minutes. A plethora of people who ordered in store got their food before mine, and therefore ran out of ingredients on my order. The food is fine but the service is TERRIBLE.

  I promise this QDOBA location is the best to me! one of my favorite places to eat! greatest price! This lication ALWAYS has fresh food. I promise I've been going to this location for YEARS and only once they were out of black beans. 🤣 But i wasnt mad because that's a ratio i can accept versus other places. They're always professional and NEVER mad when i show up 10-15 minutes before closing time 🤣 i get off work late! They're always SUPER clean and patient no matter how big the crowd is!!! I truly Love yall like family 🤣🤣 keep up the great work! They actually accomadate the customers. One night, the debit card machine was down and they waited for me, still inside closing time, BUT i came back with 5 minutes to spare and they welcomed me like i won a marathon 🤣 i tipped each worker that was on the clock that night! KEEP UP THE WELL ROUNDED GREAT SERVICE!!!

  I had a very mixed experience at the Edwardsville Qdoba location around 8:00 p.m. this evening. On one hand, the young man who prepared my food was fantastic. He was extremely polite, wore gloves, and kept his workspace clean. I really appreciated his professionalism. However, the experience at the register was concerning. I watched the cashier handle the trash and touch the bins, then immediately return to the register to serve a customer chips without washing her hands. When I politely asked the young man to handle my chips instead because of the lack of handwashing, the cashier walked away and returned still without washing her hands. While she eventually checked me out, her body language was unprofessional and dismissive. I remained calm and polite throughout the interaction and made sure to thank the young man for understanding my concerns and stepping in. Sanitation is a basic requirement in food service, and I hope management addresses this.
