  Staff were chatting it up at the neighboring convenience store. Despite making eye contact with several car passing by to the drive through, continued ignoring drive through line until someone went in to the store and told them to service the restaurant. Extremely poor service. Went to nearby restaurant in Pontoon Beach where staff was friendly and service was quick. Contrast could not be more apparent.

  I had one of the worst experiences ever at McDonald’s. Multiple cars, including mine, were stuck in the drive-thru for an unbelievably long time with absolutely no communication. No one bothered to come on the speaker to inform us they weren’t serving or that there was an issue—nothing. Just silence while people wasted their time waiting. What made it even worse was when I finally got out of my car and walked up to the window to ask what was going on. Staff clearly saw me—and instead of helping or even acknowledging me, they literally hid inside near the window. That level of unprofessionalism is just pathetic. If you’re closed or not serving, at least have the decency to tell customers instead of making them sit there for ages. Completely unacceptable service. If you can not stay open for 24hrd than just dont say nobody asked to work forceful what kind of behaviour is this, pathetic 😡

  I have given this location chance after chance to change my mind that they're worth even 1 star. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Today was my last straw, though. I went through the drive thru and placed my order at 11:11 am. Got a 10 pc nugget meal. Paid, pulled forward and got my drink and was asked to pull up to the first reserved spot. There was no one in front of me, no one behind me yet. I pulled up and waited TEN minutes before seeing someone come out and take a bag to a car that HAD to have pulled up well before I got there. Waited a few more minutes and I called. Said "oh, it's on the tray now and they're bringing it out". Took them a few more minutes to come out..checked the bag to make sure everything was in there. Wrong sauces but at that point, I needed to get back to work. Opened my nuggets and they looked stale. I'm not sure how they would have been stale, but they even TASTED stale. Lunch had JUST started so I'm not sure how this could be. But they were not fresh..absolutely ridiculous and I won't be back. Seeing the other reviews, maybe management should make some changes!!
