  This is hard to do but after our last experience there? Never again. Ever. First, we enter the restaurant and I find a table to seat my disabled Mother, then proceed to go to the front and order our food. I go back to the table and after about 30 long minutes I go up to the counter where I'm met by what appears to be a manager. He asked can I help you and I'm like "yes we need our food please." And it was the way he said this that ruined any chance of us ever coming back..."What order? You never ordered anything." At which time I simply handed him our receipt, at which time he handed it to the cook who proceeded to make our food. The big issue? He never once said "Sorry about that." Infact the jerk walked around giving hateful looks and I'm thinking to myself why all while my Mom is asking "why?". I couldn't answer her without being as low as the man behind the counter so I tried to smile and tell her not to worry as I scraped off the massive amount of salt that was pouring off the fries. Needless to say, it's been roughly 6 years since we've been back to that location. I don't think I'll ever be able to go there considering the lack of human compassion by the manager. I miss the days when people in general used to show love to each other. There used to be a time when you didn't have to asked for service you were handed it before you could imagine it. Now we live in a time where people are demanding services for things unpaid! Imagine that! No receipt no food. I hope everyone including that manager are doing well and things are much better there now hopefully. In my prayers always....

  The absolute incompetence and laziness at this Wendy’s is ridiculous. Every time we come here for our DoorDash they take for over 30 minutes to give us anything. They have attitude and they don’t care if anything’s missing from the bags. I think that this Wendy’s should be shut down or very closely looked at by the health department because this is ridiculous and I’m tired of coming here and getting treated like crap.

  6:45 PM on a Saturday. Doors locked with no sign on door. Employee sitting on their phone in lobby. No wonder they are closing so many locations.

  We got dinner at 9:30 pm. There was one car at the window and one at the speaker when we pulled up. I don't know what the issue was but they may have been short staffed due to it being later in the evening, which I understand. After ordering, we waited probably 10-15 minutes for food. We got 2 meals and 1 fry. The fries were cold. Not even a little warm. They tasted like grease. We will go somewhere else next time we are in the area.
