General disgusting and laziness. There were no customers besides me so the food and trash on the floor was laziness and the station where they make your order was trashed and looked disgusting, as well.

The bowls I get from online ordering are half the size of the ones I get in person or from the Collinsville location. This bowl in particular is probably the smallest one I’ve gotten and there was hardly any rice, it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Don’t order pick up or maybe go to Collinsville.

I look around and the girl is at the register on her cell texting. I said anyone to take my order. She reply I don't know where they at with attitude. She then walk over to make my order I had four bowls. She slopped all the food in the bowl so messy. She continued to text before she bagged my order. Hey 52 dollars may not seem like much but I can definitely take it else where. Yall can keep the food and the attitude. Food was horrible by the way. Money down the drain. 😡
