I’ve observed it can be a challenge to maintain responsive and high quality service, within a clean environment given changing customer demands, their nuanced food preferences, unwillingness to cleanup after themselves, and customers just having a bad day, along with normal staffing and supply change challenges. That’s normal for the fast-paced, casual dining business But I’ve always observed the Panera team here consistently demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect for all, the customer and their staff, while still maintaining healthy boundaries for those rare difficult situations. Great job and your service is sincerely appreciated. Have a safe and fulfilling 2026!
