Despite being low on some food items, they were friendly, clean, professional, and willing to compromise with me without any attitude or escalation. I, too, was polite and understanding that it was the end of the day. So, I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but I got what I needed. A hot meal and a wonderful interaction. I don't remember names, but I believe it was Tuesday, December 16th.
