  I come here once In a while. the lines are always long. I keep having to wait almost 20-30 minutes for just simple drinks. each time I order coffee from here it never even tastes like coffee it tastes like creamer. The drinks are never made right either. The caramel drizzle doesn’t even stay around the cup, it just stays at the bottom of the cup and each time you take a sip it’s just a sip of straight up caramel drizzle.

  Horrible service, each time I come here my drinks are always made wrong. the staff are rude to their customers. I always have to keep coming back for them to get my drinks right no matter what. there’s a manager who came up to me and looked annoyed simply because I said can you remake my drink since it’s wrong, she rolled her eyes and acted like it’s coming out of her paycheck. I DID not just pay for a drink for it to be wrong every time I come here, and yet I get treated wrong simply because employees can’t do their jobs correctly although I tell them what I want in it when they take my order. Like ma’am the drink is on the menu I’m sure you know how to make it. never coming back here ever again. The disrespect.

  I came here from an hour away to visit for the first time. I got 2 Rebel energy drinks, Luvstruck Rebel and Dragonslayer Rebel, amd my dad got the blended Golden Eagle. All the drinks were delicious. The customer service from the baristas at the window was amazing and super friendly. I highly recommend this spot for coffee or energy drinks.

  Everytime I go here it’s a gamble on how long I’ll be waiting in line and if my drink will be good. Even when the line isn’t long (only a few cars) it still takes 30+ minutes. I went a few days ago to try the pink velvet iced mocha and it did not taste anything like the description on the menu. It tasted watered down and like average meh coffee with no flavor. I’ve tried multiple drinks on their menu and almost every time they taste nothing like the description on the menu. The drinks are almost always watered down and flavorless. The music outside is so loud and it seems like the employees are always playing around inside so that’s why there’s such a long wait time.

  This drive-thru is no longer a line. It’s a liminal space. I entered 45 minutes ago to retrieve a mobile order. A simple task. A coffee. A promise. Since then, time has lost all meaning. My gas gauge is lower, my phone battery is fading, and there are still five cars ahead of me. The same five cars. I believe they have always been there. The menu board glows like an eldritch relic, whispering lies about “fast service.” The car in front of me hasn’t moved in so long I’ve started assigning it a backstory. I think the driver has aged. I think I have aged. There is no escape. Once you enter this drive-thru, you are part of the system now. The coffee I ordered is almost certainly cold, possibly from a previous timeline. At this point, I don’t even want it. I just want closure. I came here for caffeine. I stayed because the road physically bends and will not let me leave. If I ever make it to the window, please tell my family I loved them. Edit: total time in line was 1 hour 10 minutes. The girls at the window were lovely. They remade my drink without me asking since it was cold.
