  Upon entering, there were several families waiting to be seated. Most of the tables were open and the hostess was nowhere to be found. We joined the waitlist and waited for 25 minutes to be seated. We figured good food was worth the wait. 45 minutes later we still did not have our food. When we asked the server about this, her response was “it’s been like this all day. I will go check.” 15 minutes later she still did not return to tell us the status. We left.

  I typically go to Buffalo Wild Wings every Thursday for the BOGO deal. Food is fresh and tasty every time I come here. Can’t recommend this place enough to relax and enjoy an evening. Anthony can hold a great conversation and pour a great beer. 👌

  I would give this place zero stars, but unfortunately the laws of the universe (and this review platform) won’t allow it. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had accidentally entered a social experiment titled “How Long Before a Customer Loses the Will to Live?” The host made direct eye contact with me, then immediately turned to polish a menu like it had personally offended her. I stood there long enough to consider filing for residency. When I was almost finally seated, a customer walked in and asked what the wait was and the hostess looked directly at me after telling me there was a 15 minute wait and said there was no wait and proceeded to seat them while I stood there dumbfounded with my wife at my side. I turned and walked out and I am currently writing this in a booth at a fine applebees establishment because unlike Buffalo Wild Wings in Edwardsville, Applebees wants your business. This is not my first bad experience at this BWW, but actually my third. My last experience two weeks ago was as follows: Water? Never arrived. Server? A myth. The table next to me ordered, ate, paid, and possibly celebrated a birthday before anyone acknowledged that I might also be a human with needs. At one point, I’m fairly certain my server walked past me 12 times, each lap more majestic than the last, like a disinterested planet orbiting a very hungry sun. After 40 minutes of waiting to order food that may or may not have existed, I decided to walk out. Not dramatically. Not angrily. Just quietly—like a ghost who realized even the afterlife had better service. On the bright side, I saved money and burned a few calories pacing internally. Would I return? Only if I need to practice patience for a future career as a monk. I highly recommend going to the Glen Carbon Applebees rather than this HORRIBLE excuse for a buffalo wild wings. Like the Cubs the past few seasons, this Buffalo Wild Wings struck out on three separate occasions and I am done. I urge anyone debating to bless this horrendous place with their presence, to think long and hard on your worth then go somewhere you will be treated respectfully. JB out.

  We came in for dinner last Friday evening and sat in the bar area. We had the black bean burger and the buffalo chicken wrap—both were excellent. The service was great, and our server, John, took wonderful care of us. We will definitely be back.
