  i absolutely love this dutch bros and everyone is genuinely so sweet. but i do have a MAJOR complaint about connor. No matter what time or how many drinks we order he is so extremely rude to me and my friends. We’re regulars at this dutch and i have never gotten good service from connor specifically. it’s honestly upsetting and feels targeted at this point. Eye rolling, side comments that we can clearly hear, we are so polite when we come because we understand we usually get more than one drink, but no matter what he has always has not even an attitude but he is just straight disrespectful to us. I really just want to get it across that even his own employees knew exactly who i was talking about when i’ve come for remakes, etc. We will simply ask “which drink is this” politely and he shoved it in my friends face and said “Labeled.” and walked away. He is always so extremely rude and it’s made me disappointed everytime i come and see him because i know he’ll be rude and also not make our drinks correctly. I Everytime he makes my drink i usually come for a remake and everytime they know exactly who i was talking about.

  Dutch bros coffee in Edwardsville is my favorite coffee place. The extended wait time is well worth the freshly brewed expresso. A wide variety of beverages from hot cold coffees, blended drinks, teas, and energy refreshers, Dutch bros has you covered. A few food options are available. I highly recommend location. When in the area, this is a must try.

  I've been to this dutch bros PLENTY of times, with coworkers and with friends as it's literally a few minutes from where I work and it's really hit or miss. Most days its "Will today be the day my MEDIUM almost 9 dollar drink is correct or will it be bitter !" I am extremely patient when it comes to drive thrus and or walk up windows, I know it can be a handful with a drive thru and ordering window with less than fewer people but you can tell when they rush the drinks, they are bitter, they are watered down and more than most of the time, the extras i do happen to ask for are never there and or the syrup that is suppose to line the cup isn't there at all and I've never asked for a remake when i really should. Ive seen the work they can do and the extra amount they put when asked, i tip more often than i probably should honestly even if it is just a few dollars but yet some of the employees attitudes are poor and distasteful at the ordering window. They don't accept messed up drinks if you do not have it full, in hand at that window in that same matter of time but doing that is really hard when I get there 20 minutes before i should be at work and end up leaving that drive through pretty late ! I'm not going to hold the drink for the rest of my shift to have to wait even longer in the afternoon to return a drink I wanted for my morning! I more than most of the time end up giving it to a friend with nothing in return, I've called customer service and gotten more help from them then anyone at the window. Some of the employees are helpful and will give advice but nothing to help in the moment other than "We cannot do anything unless you have it in hand, that's why we suggest you try it before moving along" I understand partly but I don't, I work fast food, i know it's more of they just don't want too for time matter rather than trying to please the customer. I came the other day with 2 of my co workers and the people working then went absolutely ABOVE and beyond to make our drinks delicious and gave extras without even asking 🥹 but of course thats one of the few rare occasions it will happen, probably because it was around lunch time and they werent busy at all! But most likely it will not happen again for a long while. If I knew names I would mention them as they most definitely deserve a raise and if I could mention the ones who were not willing to help I would. They had also switched up the recipe of one of my favorite drinks and without telling me and let me order it without informing me that it was going to be a completely different drink anyway (still costed almost 9 dollars and a tip) was a waste of money for me, I did get my drink comped the next day because I thought maybe I had gotten the wrong drink, nope! They said they weren't getting the stuff to make the said drink and that they had a made up recipe that "tasted the same" it... did not. Lol. Love dutch bros but, they need some work and employees who wanna work there and know how to work an expresso machine 😭

  I'm a newer customer to this establishment and this is my favorite! I love the vibe, I love the endless options and ease of online ordering, the affordability of things like Tea in comparison to some other silimar places and the flavors have been great. The broistas have been great with happy smiles and great attitudes and I'll definitely be back!

  Loved this place in Washington but poor experience at this location every time. Placed online order and went through drive thru. Said it wasn’t ready and had to park and go to window just for them to just start making my order. Then another person ordered after me and received their drink before I did. Asked why mine took so long considering it was placed ahead of time and girl just said “sorry” and turned away to talk to other workers. Don’t know if I will go back. Also utilized app and redeemed free drink but was still charged.
