  We ordered pizzas last week which were delivered hot and tasted great. That was good. That online order came with a “free” medium pizza which needed to be ordered within a week online for delivery. After receiving 3-4 emails from Dominos reminding me of this deal, I tried to order just that pizza. Come to find out, there’s a $14.75 minimum for the “free” pizza and of course the $5 delivery fee. Not really free.

  I ordered 18pizzas for my daughters birthday party last Saturday and a staff member called the next day to let me know the timing of my order would be pushed back due to a very large order that had been placed months ago prior to mine. We moved my time around and everything was delicious and correct! I really appreciate this staff member going above and beyond on a Saturday morning to give me a courtesy call. If he wouldn’t have called none of the kids would have gotten pizza due to the timing of the party. Thank you!

  I placed a large order for 10 pizzas at 2:00 PM with a scheduled delivery time of 4:30 PM, giving this location plenty of advance notice. Instead of honoring that commitment, I received a call from someone claiming to be the “store manager,” who immediately told me that my order “wasn’t going to work” because they had other orders that took priority over mine. That alone is unacceptable—why offer scheduled ordering if you don’t intend to honor it? I calmly explained that if they couldn’t meet the agreed-upon delivery time, I would like a refund. What followed was one of the most unprofessional customer service interactions I have ever experienced. The “manager” repeatedly responded in a condescending tone, saying “we’ll try our best,” completely ignoring my direct request for a refund. I had to ask multiple times, and each time I was dismissed. When I firmly requested a refund again, he attempted to hang up on me. I asked for his name, and he refused—telling me his name was “store manager” and that he didn’t have to identify himself. That alone is a huge red flag for accountability. The situation escalated further when he abruptly canceled my order and began raising his voice on the phone. At that point, it was clear this location has zero regard for professionalism, communication, or basic customer respect. Now I understand why this store has such poor reviews. This was not just an inconvenience—it was disrespectful, disorganized, and completely unacceptable behavior from someone claiming to be in a management position. I will absolutely be contacting corporate to report this experience. I strongly recommend others think twice before placing large or time-sensitive orders here—you may not get your food, and you certainly won’t get respectful service.

  Ordered online today they give me the wrong soda and I paid for a cup of ranch didn't get .my bacon ranch tater tots was so hard I couldn't even eat them they was burnt. The delivery guy was very nice 🙂 but when I called up there the guy that answered was very unprofessional and rude... Never again will I order from this place I'm so disappointed with our order....
