  We visited inside Arby’s (Edwardsville) on Sunday march 8th after church and we were so impressed with the service and food!! The manager working(possibly anthony?)actually cares and seems to enjoy his job. We will be back!

  First I waited for a very long time to be helped while they focused on the drive through. Then I tried to order a boxed meal that came with a small drink. I asked to pay the difference and upsize to a large drink and was told they didn't have a way to do it. I would have to order a completely separate drink in addition to my meal. Arby's... Nobody wants a small drink... Never encountered another fast food chain who doesn't allow you to pay the difference to upgrade your beverage size. I went right next door to Taco Bell and ordered my small meal and upgraded to a large drink and was happy to pay the extra 40 cents.

  Had a great experience the workers where friendly and sparked a conversation. order was right and fresh. Rang the bell on the way out.
