  Terrible food quality. Terrible service after 11pm. Don’t know what the drive thru workers’ problem is but every time I go they mess up our order and are rude every time. This time they argued with me over making small changes to soda and sauce choices. About ready to quit going here.

  A $36 mobile order missing 4 items totaling $17 and they wouldnt replace the missing items because when I called it had been an 45 min since I picked my order up. I live 25 minutes away, stopped and bought sodas at the gas station on my way home. Opened the bag and fed my grandkids before calling and because I went ahead and fed the kids and couldnt bring the food back and didn't call sooner they said they wouldnt replace anything! Taco Bell Literally stole $17 from me and refused to correct the problem! Not to mention the 2 hard shell tacos had less than a tablespoon of meat and cheese combined! This manager at the east peoria taco bell is worthless! Ill never go there again!

  This Taco Bell offers heavy push double doors to enter. The accessible order kiosk is easy to manage offering ways to add on or take off every detail. I ordered a mini taco salad that was reasonable good and not spicy! I got a side of delicious black beans to go. I arewuested a digital receipt which has never arrived Menu is posted on the wall behind pickup counter The accessible venue is clean with no music background, just the sounds of the workers hard at work. Pickup counter is accessible Drive thru offer a pay window and pick up window with a small overhead cover Lots of accessible indoor tables and high tops. Accessible restrooms for men and women with / grab bars and adequate space Free van accessible parking in private lot with adequate curb cuts

  Another night in hell but at least I have Taco Bell. Thank you for my corporate nutrition please feed me like a baby. I will do your bidding I will eat and eat till I can eat no more. God bless America

  Visited around 1:15 today. Drive through lady was awesome! She made sure my order was correct twice! I changed things and really appreciated the attention to detail. Also my soft taco supreme meal was made with *love* or at least care. I am very satisfied! Quick drive through too.
