The drive thru is SO. SLOW. most every time. Like ridiculously slow.

Today servers were so busy that I could not catch the name of the young gentleman that helped us. He took our orders. It was very patient.
The venue is a standard. Jimmy John’s smells great no background music. They offer the menu posted on two walls with black background and white letters in eligible font easy to read.
They offer fountain drinks and a sweet and an unsweet iced tea. The desserts are the standard cookies and a new off menu item of rice, cereal, and milk bar
We chose a lettuce wich , a sandwich made with a lettuce wrap instead of bread with turkey and a delicious avocado spread. We also chose a Tom turkey sandwich on white bread tea beverages are also excellent.
Indoor tables are accessible tables and booth, as well as some high top tables. Outdoor covered tables are accessible.
They offer accessible restroom with two grab bars and 5’ x 7’ space free van accessible parking and shared lot with adequate curb cuts

I just came there today and had the worst experience of my life I come there often a couple times a week and everyone is always so sweet this time I met a new worker in the drive thru and she was the meanest person I’ve ever met in fat food her name was makayla and she had pinkish hair and glasses she said omg on the mic like I ordered more than 2 meals or something not my fault your working a job you don’t want to don’t ever want to go back to that place she was very disrespectful didn’t give us the right drink size and also just threw the food at us does not deserve a job like that

The last 3 times I've been here I have had to wait 20 plus min at the window for my food. This time the seemed like they were so high they couldn't read the order. For some reason they toasted my sandwich and it doesn't come toasted. When I told them I wanted it remade they seemed shocked. After 5 min of staring at the instructions on how to actually make the sandwich ... They made it wrong again. The forgot the hot peppers... I was too annoyed to saying then and just left. Whoever runs this place now is just doing a terrible job.

The general manager matt savage is the rudest manager ive ever seen very noisy loudly complaining while im eating my food wont stop talking about how someone called off and he has to cover imagine getting mad for having to do your job and my autistic cousin got cussed out on the phone one time with him because he couldnt say a word correctly people with short fuses should not work management
