  This store really needs new management, people is touching the food bare hands, they look dirty , its a food place, servers should look neat and clean, in top of that food was cold!!

  Went through the drive thru and got something small. Saw the lady touching our food Bare Handed, no gloves. And our was just sitting on a table for 5+ minutes. Was the only ones in the drive thru, and their were only about 2 people inside, who had already been served. Person was moving incredibly slow considering i had a small order and was the only order. And I saw her drop someone else's food on the floor. Ive been coming here for a long time with my family, think we're gonna find a different one after this experience.

  To the employee working the late shift on 12/19 into 12/20 (around 1:00 a.m.), I hope you eventually find a job that you enjoy and do not feel the need to take your frustration out on customers. You looked ridiculous acting the way you did. My family and I were driving late at night toward Ohio and stopped at this location because all the lights were on and it appeared open. Not knowing it was close to closing, my husband pulled up to place an order. The order was already being taken when he asked for a Frosty, and he was rudely told, “Our machine is off, we’re about to close, you know.” My husband apologized multiple times. Despite this, when we reached the window, the employee continued to act extremely rude—throwing her hands up, complaining, and behaving unprofessionally while the window was partially open. At one point, she even threw her headset in frustration. If the store was about to close, that could have been communicated politely from the start, and we would have left without any issue. Instead, we received cold food and were treated with unnecessary attitude and disrespect simply for placing an order that was already being taken. Working late does not excuse rude or childish behavior toward customers.

  All they’ll do is give you the wrong order they do it to me all the time and still have no problem taking my money for a meal I didn’t order and when I was there there a old guy practically passed out at one of the tables when I first walked in and the staff didn’t do anything about him didn’t bother checking on him to see if he was ok or kicking him out dude practically looked like he was dead or something

  This use to be the best place to get an Apple Chicken Pecan lettuce salad, but not any longer. The container size has diminished drastically along with the amount of lettuce and extras on the top of salad. The price has not gone down any. So, I will NOT be buying a salad at Wendy's ever again.
