Got to the window and sat at the window for 10+ minutes and the workers asked me four separate times what I was doing at the window. I received my drink and it was wrong. I asked them to fix it and they just dumped half of it out and gave it back to me. So then I went inside to try and get it fixed correctly. The worker who was running the drive-through needs to learn some manners because she doesn’t know how to talk to customers whatsoever. I will not be returning to this location as it wasn’t my usual location.

I ordered a hot chocolate, and unfortunately it was the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. It tasted like plain hot water with chocolate powder mixed in, with no proper flavor or consistency. It was clearly not prepared correctly and was not what customers expect when paying for this drink. Two employees were working at the time—one older woman and another with blue hair—who served me. If the proper machine or ingredients were unavailable, the drink should not have been sold at all. Serving a poorly made product is unacceptable and feels misleading to customers. I am very disappointed with this experience and wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed. I hope quality control and staff training can be improved to prevent this from happening again.
