Food was cold after waiting 2.5 hours for it. We ordered online. Ridiculous.

I had such a great time here today. The food was flavorful and satisfying, the beer was ice cold, and the whole place had an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere. The service truly made the visit stand out. They took amazing care of me—she was attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. When they brought my food out, she greeted me with the biggest smile, which just added to the positive experience. It’s clear the team genuinely enjoys what they do, and that energy carries throughout the restaurant. Between the great food, drinks, and outstanding service,. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxed spot with top-notch hospitality.

Went to East Peoria because Peoria literally never gets my order right, and sometimes couldn't fix it after 3 attempts in the same visit. Seems East Peoria is also incompetent. No ranch means no ranch, its not that hard. They didn't put that on the ticket. Items were missing so we had to wait for those items as well as the wrong items but the entire meal should have been remade because the fries went cold waiting for the remake. I don't get how nobody seems to be able to listen or read, its literally every Bdubs and at this point feels like a personal attack (I noticed some staff had transferred). I understand mistakes happen but its literally every time and now that I know its not just one store I know its not worth the hassle to go to ANY bdubs. I try to be reasonable and give second chances but this is just too much. And the worst part is that this cant be fixed. A replacement will just be wrong too because it seems all employees at all stores are incompetent and managers don't oversee the orders enough. Failure all around. Im done with the sheer incompetence and way too many second chances.

Do you like waiting 45 minutes to pick up your online order, only to be told that "you're gunna hafta wait another hour" by an 18 year old covered in face tats who smells like a wet old French fry? Then this is the place for you!
Do you enjoy having the manager of the facility tell you and the dozen other people waiting for online orders that she can't process refunds and that you'll need to give her your name and order number and she'll have to email her superiors to process a refund? Then this is the place for you!
And do you, loyal customer, enjoy having the lady seating people yelling at the top of her lungs to "not play with me!" when someone asks if the wait to be seated is really an hour and a half? Then this, wing fans, is the place for you!
Needless to say, I'll be waiting for my refund. I'm sure the caring and patient staff will be moving as fast as possible to make this right...
UPDATE: The unnamed "owner" has responded. Still waiting on my refund. But yeah, go work on that "internally". Whatever that means. Typical corporate speak response. Weak apology with no results and no change.

Absolutely terrible. The past 3 visits have resulted in our bill being taken care of because of the poor service and our order never being completed. The next two times have been just as bad. Wings and other food being served cold and barely warn. Pekin is a tad better but that food is usually cold also.
