They have some really good martinis that you can drink while you're waiting for your order

Very disappointed in dinner.
Breaded chicken strips are now premade, not freshly dipped and battered.
I can get premade at Dairy Queen much cheaper.

Went out to eat for date night after the putt club and 7 people standing in the front they all were arguging who has to seat us (nobody wanted to) no biggie got seated ordered drinks took a little while but not bad. The bad part comes when we put in our appetizer and then our food 10 minutes later waited forever for the app and then after getting our dip 1 minute later out cold food came out wings, fries, burger all cold. Halfway thru my meal I asked for a water also and didn't receive it until I got my bill 20 minutes later. They were not that busy at all

Our waiter was rather rude, he did not check in on us to get refills or anything like that, the wings were cold by the time they got to our table and we had to wait 10 minutes after we were finished to get our bills.

Yesterday, I visited Buffalo Wild Wings with my two sisters and one of their partners, and we had a truly unpleasant and disappointing experience. Two of us ordered the sampler platters, while the other two ordered wings with fries, in other words, plenty of food. After waiting more than 30 minutes, we were surprised to find that the wings on each of our plates were extremely cold. The restaurant was not busy at all, so there was really no excuse for the delay or the poor quality.
When we flagged down our server to explain, he immediately said he would get the manager before we could even describe the issue. All of our food was taken away, even though only the wings needed to be replaced. My sister also mentioned that her “spicy” chicken tenders had no spice at all, and the server rudely replied, “Girl, no you did not order spicy.” His tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Throughout this time, our drinks sat empty and the server never once checked back on us.
When the food was finally returned, it was still cold. At that point, we were tired of waiting and just ate what we could before leaving. The traveling manager, Amiah, offered a small discount, but it didn’t come close to making up for the experience.
This visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish, unkind staff, cold food, and zero accountability. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at this location, and I’ll be reaching out to corporate. We won’t be returning.
