I went yesterday and ordered through the app, and when I got to the store they said they had no ice cream, and couldn't refund me (As of writing this, I still haven't gotten a refund). There are frequently problems in store too. It's by far the worst location around for both Dunkins and Baskin Robbins

The site said the cake was readily available , I even paid for it on line . So I get to the store and that's when they inform me they had to have 24 hour notice . Mad yes I was .. So then I told the MOD refund my card and her reply was she couldn't do I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the manger to drive in to refund my money . And after she finally gets there I had to wait for her to finish talking to her Area Coach that was another 5 minutes. You would think with it being a holiday weekend they would have them available that's good business. Never again will I deal with this company. Everytime I've been there the staff is rude and untrained on good customer service. Sterling and East Peoria Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Doughnuts are worthless. Coming from Restaurant Management this was the worst experience . YOU LOST A CUSTOMER JUST BECAUSE OF POOR BUSINESS HABITS.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
