He gave other dashers their order without watching them confirm but made it his business to make sure I confirmed mine. Must be the color of my skin.
- LALarina AndersonApr 11, 20261.0First time going to Chick-fil-A service was great but when I got home food was horrible Mac n cheese had no flavor spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was a no go for me.I called the next day to inform the manager how bad the food was I didn't want a refund or a replacement meal the food was that bad.Lena stated she wasn't the manager during the shift on the date I went which was April 10,2026@8:00p.m. so it wasn't nothing she could do about the issue and she wasn't the cook so she didn't know how she could fix the issue to make it better for the next visit.. My opinion she was in such a hurry to get off the phone she said just try a different location next time.. Heads up to the black people I heard racism all in her voice be aware the racism is still out there just in disguise the EP location is a thumbs down for me no point in reaching out to Corporate probably will have the same results the only thing that was a thumbs up was the mouthwash dispenser in the bathroom smh
- MMmark marsApr 8, 20261.0I went here on the night of the 3rd went through the drive thru, wonder service from the employees out there helping me understand my mobile app. I get to the window, ask for some extra chick sauce. This women named Maddie practically yelled at me. I just needed another packet or two form my large waffle fries. I don’t understand what was so difficult about that. My sandwich also had pickles when I requested NO PICKLES on it. So naturally I came inside to speak with a manager about the HORRID window experience I had, only to find out that Maddie girl is the manager. You have lost my business just from this experience. I will be contacting the owner of this establishment. 10/10 do not recommend coming here during the night hours.
