  Worst experience ever worst customer service ever they had a black lady with dreads up there wanna call the police because I couldn’t get my payment out fast enough very rude and disrespectful. She act like she own a building, but she doesn’t.

  They don't even deserve one star in any category. I placed a mobile pick up order and when I got there at 8 am the line was 20 cars deep so I decided to go inside. Except I couldn't because they locked the lobby doors. I had to leave for work and couldn't wait the 30 mins in the drive thru. I went back at 3:30 pm to collect my order and they said they didn't have it and they have changed shifts. She told me I could re order if I wanted to. Which she clarified I would have to pay for. I advised her that I already paid for it and I refuse to pay twice. I left and went back this morning. When I told them what happened , this extremely rude worker repeated my order (even though I hadn't told her what I got) and I said yes that's me. She said they threw it out because I wasn't there within 3 hours. I advised there was no disclaimer on the app or anywhere else that says I have to pick up my order within 3 hours or it gets tossed(med cold brew w/ sweet cold foam and 50 ct munchkins - over $22.00). I also advised her that I attempted to come in the lobby but the doors were locked. She said yes they were because they were short staffed. So because THEY were short staffed and I couldn't get my order in a reasonable time, I'm just supposed to walk away and forget my $22. What an absolute joke of a business. They used to be great. And now there staff is extremely rude and slow and they could care less about customer service.

  Ordered on the app and came through the drive thru. The person talking through the kiosk was really nice but as soon as I came to the window, the guy already started off with "your total." I ordered from the app, so the order was already paid for. Ended up correcting him and he asked for my name again, so I told him. Gave me all my stuff but the sandwich was messy, sauce everywhere, falling a part, the whole thing. Then my drink was OBNOXIOUSLY sweet, I knew it would be on the sweeter side but it has never been that sweet from the past times I had ordered it. The only thing I had changed was the milk alternative (made it almond milk), I did expect that to add possibly more sweetness but this was waaaayyy too much. Not only did I not enjoy the way it was made, but it wasn't even full all the way. At least 1in-1.5in of air. Even with there being the standard amount of ice! Do not go to this Dunkin.
