  I came through the drive thru to order an iced matcha latte with light ice. I get to the window then paid and I was handed a ice matcha latte with a cup full of ice I politely asked for a remake from the guy at the window when a worker from the back named Jasmine 1181576 yelling at me and arguing with me telling me to pull around and double check the picture that it is light ice a cup full of ice arguing and yelling ridiculously. I then request a refund and she snatches the card from my hand and throws it back at me.This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life never again will I return this is so sad

  I just left this dunkin and pulled up on drive through. I believe she was a manager & VERY RUDE! I pulled up to the intercom and asked her to give me 2 seconds. She returned and asked if i was ready to order. I told her no mam i will let you know. She then proceeds to tell me that the lobby is open. I told her I don’t want to go in the lobby and she said well i guess we will just sit here and wait. Or i could refuse service. Rude! If i could give 0 stars I would.
