  Your employees are rude . I just came through the drive thru to use a code and she said code was invalid .. I’m like alright cool , tries again .. she goes it says the same thing .. I’m sitting there in awkward silence with her cause ok? What am I supposed to do and I ask her ? What can I do ? She said absolutely nothing after a few seconds of silence I drove off .. thanks for your help I guess ? Also everytime I come there’s usually a young a man telling me how his employees are yelling at him and stuff and how annoyed he is . I’m just going to stop coming here even though it’s closest to my house . The employees here are awful April 4th 2026 7:28 pm

  I just watched some little boy with a man purse getting high in the parking lot before coming in to McDonald's straight into the kitchen. He was on his break or just getting to work at 7:30pm.

  They robbed me!! Ordered and paid on the app,when I got there they said they would not fill the order even though I can show the order, location, and that I paid. They said the app thinks they are closed, and will refund me eventually. It was all the money I had, so now we can't eat. Live the shift Manger Terry said she can't give people the food they paid for. I would get arrested if I robbed someone, and it wouldn't matter if I said my boss told me too. Common sense, you give the customer the food they paid for. If the app refunds it later, that should be McDonald's issue to correct, not mine!

  03/21/26 went through the mcdonald's drive through around 6:40am. the girl at the speaker addressed me with an attitude all i ordered was a large pineapple mango smoothie. this is the smoothie they gave me. this is not a large what so ever, there is so much missing from it. just unprofessional.

  This was McDonald's in east Alton Illinois. At 9pm on 2-13-26. Was paying for everything and the girl popped her head into where I was handing the money and she screamed “NO SHAKES!!” like what was the reasoning to scream it? Very Unprofessional. Do better!!! We’ve stopped going to Bethalto and Alton McDonald’s completely thinking that East Alton would be better. Nope. So I guess we get to go to the next town. Oh well.
