The restaurant was not very busy and employees were working slowly and chatting and laughing with each other. There were problems with one student’s order, and he stood trying to get someone’s attention and witnessed them looking at him and then pretending they didn’t see him - multiple times. It took him several minutes to finally get someone to help him. I waited at least 20 minutes for a quarter pounder. I had to go ask for it twice. I did get an apology from an employee and an offer for ice cream, but it was clear they were in no mood to help anyone. I have never left a review of a McDonald’s before, but there were at least 6 employees working and they were more interested in hanging out and laughing with each other than they were helping customers. I just wanted to get my “fast” food and get our group of 7 people home. I was really disappointed in the service and would not recommend this McDonald’s.
